| MINMAE |

Minmae is nothing if not prolific. Songwriter Sean Brooks entered our studio bearing a stack of CD's, almost his entire back catalogue, for MastanMusic Hour hosts Jeremy Wilson and sam Densmore. It's an impressive body of work, one that many would consider a lifetime's worth, and all produced within a short 9 years.
While Brooks has always been the backbone of the band, the rest of the line-up, and inevitably, the general direction of the group has seen many changes over the years.
Minmae's successful 2006 release "Le Grande Essor de la Maison du Monstre" (Greyday Productions) saw them undertaking a grueling four month tour and yet another change in the line-up.
Brooks and the current line-up (Ian Watts-guitar, Josh Heinze-bass, and of course, Toshiba-beats and loops) then holed up in The Magic Closet---studio that is---to record their latest, "835" , which was released earlier this year, also on Greyday Records.
Tune is to part 2 of this episode to hear songs from "835" as well as some exclusive previews of some new material.
Underage fans will have a rare chance to catch these guys live, this Wednesday (Dec. 5th), when they play an all-ages show at Satyricon (insert link). For information on this and other upcoming Minmae shows check out Minmae.com or Minmae MySpace page .
