Cindi Ingram Booking and Promotions is the force behind the festival, which is purported to be the largest of it's kind in the USA. Catch Half Shark Half Jesus at John Henry's on November 21st as part of the Grrlz Rock Fest this year.

Portland based songwriter and rock n roll renaissance man Jared Mees has released a new CD with his band, the Grown Children, on Tender Loving Empire titled "Caffeine, Alcohol, Sunshine Money".
Recorded and produced by Jeremy Wilson here at the MastanMusic Studio, it is a priceless piece of smart pop songwriting and clever musical arrangements.
Jared Mees and the Grown Children are currently on a national tour supporting the new release, Playing as far away as New York City with two performances at the CMJ Music Festival last week. Go to there website and find out when they will be in your town!

Jared sings and plays guitar. Megan sings so so loud and plays glock and tambourine and shakers. Jake plays bass. Sam plays violin, banjo and keys. Andrew plays bass. Jordan plays drums and violas. The Don of Division St. is a rock band from Portland, Oregon. Their new CD, "Animals in Love", was produced by Ezra Holbrook and Matt Cadenelli, who is also the main songwriter. The Cd has a feel-good vibe and features a soul influenced horn section and syncopated drumming that augments rocking guitars and tuneful vocals. are based in Eugene, Oregon. Their latest release, "Operational Excellence", is out now on Dan Jones' (of Dan Jones and the Squids!) Daily Records imprint. It was recorded in Eugene at Big Timbre Studio and mixed at Gung Ho studio by Billy Barnett. Their guitar oriented indie power pop is taking them through the NW club circuit this fall.
