Featuring
Jeremy Wilson Band
In Episode 58 Part 1 join hosts Jeremy Wilson and Sam Densmore as they spin new tracks from: Sledge Feather, Western Aerial, New York Rifles, Celilo, Kalaloch, Jeremy Wilson.
In this Episode 58 Part 2 of the MastanMusic Hour, Jeremy Wilson (host of The MastanMusic Hour) makes his debut appearance on his own show joined by his friends Sam Densmore, Ezra Holbrook, and Simon Milliman onstage at Kelly's Olympian.
Hear the band play soulful live versions of songs from Jeremy's "some day to be released CD/Rock Opus", Honey/Moon/Life. After performing primarily as a solo singer/songwriter for the past few years, Jeremy is planning to hit the rock'n'roll road again with a full band. JW thought his 40th birthday was a good enough reason to put the new group together and rocked out with a crowd of lovin' friends on 08/08/08, 40 years to the day!!! Watch for more JW Band shows in the coming months!
Scroll down to the Episode 58 Part 1 and 2 sections below to listen to both parts of the audio show and to read more about the bands.

have been gaining notoriety on the Portland club scene for their killer guitars and cleverly crafted songs.
Scott Young has a convincing voice, like a cross between Jello Biafra and Danny Elfman. When combined with Kari Shafers feminine vocal touch, The NY Rifles rocket into the indie rock stratosphere, sometimes resembling an early 90's Pixies. See them at the Rocktober MastanMusic Hour showcase on October 10, 2008 at Kelly's Olympian

Of course, we're bringing it to you in the form of an mp3. But you can seek out a vinyl copy of the indie sounds of Kalaloch's Corridor/Pacific Shores at their myspace site or at their upcoming record release parties Sept 18 at the Dunes or at The Ike Box in Salem on Sept 26.

Don't miss this rare set featuring rhythm heavy jams from the long awaited "Honey/Moon/Life" mega-opus that is still not released, as well as brand new songs and some familiar favorites.
Jeremy is also happy to announce that with the help of so many friends, fans, family and the Portland music community his long awaited heart surgery is scheduled for September 17th. He couldn't have gotten this care without everyones help. He is grateful, scared about the operation, but happier than he's ever been because of the love and support so many people have shown in the last year. He knows everything is going to work out! Send him some good thoughts on Wednesday September 17th. And hopefully you'll also bliss-out to Jeremy and Friends concert tracks in this episode of our show.
The band is:
