Beginning Friday July 11th The MastanMusic Hour will start hosting a monthly band showcase at Kelly's Olympian in downtown Portland at 426 SW Washington where we will record and film our show live at the club. You can come on down to the shows and check out the bands we think are great. Then, later in the month you can go to our website, or iTunes and check out the recordings and video from what we hope become memorable nights of music and good times. We hope you will join us for our 1st MastanMusic Hour Band Showcase Friday July 11th at the newly vamped Kelly's Olympian which is all geared up and ready to rock with it's new music room and sound system. We'll let you know the 1st line-up in a couple of weeks. Stay tuned, and keep coming back every 2 weeks for new live studio sets! Like this weeks awesome Episode 46!

Scotland Barr and his band are currently on tour, including a showcase at this years SXSW conference in Austin, Texas that went extremely well. Their second release, it was self produced and recorded by pedal steele/backing vocalist Bryan Daste at his Portland based studio, The Magic Closet. Their upcoming tour will kick off in Portland with a CD release party scheduled for April 18th at the Mission Theater in Portland, Oregon. Their travels will take them through Oregon, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho.
